Call for Papers—Transformational Leadership for SDG-Aligned Governance: Innovations in Policy, Institutions, and Equity

The Journal of Sustainable Policy, Governance and Transformational Leadership (JSPGTL) is pleased to announce this Special Issue: “Transformational Leadership for SDG-Aligned Governance: Innovations in Policy, Institutions, and Equity”. This thematic focus aligns with JSPGTL’s core mission to integrate governance, leadership, and sustainability, inviting interdisciplinary research that unpacks how transformational leadership drives effective SDG implementation through policy innovation, institutional reform, and ethical governance. We seek contributions that bridge theory and practice, exploring how visionary leadership can overcome systemic barriers, foster cross-sector collaboration, and embed social justice into the fabric of sustainable governance.

 

As the global push toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) enters a critical implementation phase, the success of sustainable development increasingly hinges on visionary leadership and adaptive governance systems. Transformational leadership, as a catalyst for institutional transformation and policy innovation, has emerged as a defining factor in bridging global agendas with local impact, ensuring that sustainability efforts are not only ambitious but also equitable and actionable.

 

Researchers, scholars, policymakers, and practitioners from political science, public administration, law, business, organisational studies, and related fields are invited to submit original research articles, systematic reviews, and perspective pieces.
