New Journal: Earth Observation & Climate Hazards (EOCH)

01/07/2026

We are pleased to announce the establishment of Earth Observation & Climate Hazards (EOCH), a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to publishing innovative research at the intersection of geospatial science, climate hazards, and disaster risk reduction.

EOCH provides a platform for cutting-edge studies that leverage satellite data, remote sensing technologies, and geospatial analytics to monitor, model, and mitigate climate-related hazards such as floods, droughts, wildfires, and extreme weather events. We emphasize the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and multi-source data fusion to enhance early warning systems and support climate adaptation strategies.

Call for Editorial Board Members:
We are currently forming our International Editorial Board and invite experts in remote sensing, climatology, disaster risk management, geospatial AI, and related disciplines to join us in shaping the journal’s direction. Applicants are welcome to submit their expression of interest and CV to editor_eoch@chuncheng-pub.com.

Submissions for the inaugural issue are now open.
